Les propriétés intersubjectives et interrelationnelles de la Tendance Actualisante – Perspectives thérapeutiques

Abstract

Cet article présentera un point de vue nouveau sur la nature de la Tendance Actualisante. Non plus seulement intrinsèque à la personne, elle comporterait un ensemble de propriétés que j’appellerai intersubjectives et interpersonnelles, offrant à la partie saine d’une personne ayant connu un traumatisme psychologique un refuge, un support de résilience où elle peut croître en sécurité. Cette proposition sera ensuite illustrée par un exemple clinique. In this article, I shall propose new and different ways of defining and understanding the concept of Actualizing Tendency. It shall no longer refer only to inner characteristics but can also be defined as a set of both intersubjective and interpersonal characteristics. These resilience tools could offer shelter to the sound aspect of a person having suffered a traumatic episode and help them grow safely. I shall present a clinical example to illustrate my point.
