dc.description.abstractToday, it is no secret that alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation, are widely used all over the world. However, in the experience of some countries, there are still problems in the practice of applying and introducing mediation. This article is devoted to the application of alternative dispute resolution and comparative analyses between some developed countries and the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author analyzes the use of alternative dispute resolution methods in Uzbekistan and their features. The goal of this research is to discuss and develop solutions to common problems related to the application and implementation of alternative dispute resolution methods. The current work also provides answers to potential misunderstandings, identifies the problems associated with the use of the mediation procedure, and develops ways to solve them.pt_PT
