There has been an undeniable shift in the globalization trend since the 2008 global financial crisis. This affected some sectors more than others, but is evident in international trade and the financial sector, a symbol of globalization. And this new moment even has a name: "deglobalization". With the global economy shaken, the impact on trade has been clear. If in the years before 2008, every 1% increase in global GDP was accompanied by a 2% increase in world trade, today this ratio is one-to-one. The accelerated dynamization of technology has introduced a new concept: “reglobalization”. The barriers are no longer just commercial. At the center of the debate in many developed countries is the multicultural world generated by migratory flows, a symbol of reglobalization. It has followed a new trajectory through engines of the manufacturing industry from developed countries to Asia, and in particular, to China. It is being accompanied by the densification of global value/production chains, while customs barriers, transport, logistics, and communications costs are significantly reduced. This affects the export sectors, which are no longer an engine of growth. It also has an impact on job creation and the level of wages, because it is in these sectors that the best-paid jobs are. Our research focuses on the implications of what is and what is not measurable to conclude that one situation is complementary to the other.
