dc.description.abstractLuigi Ferrajoli, a legal philosopher and constitutionalist well known especially in the Latin world, proposes the Earth’s Constitution as the only true solution to the catastrophes plaguing the planet’s future. But his proposal has contradictory aspects that this comment is intended to underline.
