dc.description.abstractLarge Language Models (LLMs) are accelerating the restructuring of global political and economic power. Ethnographic evidence reveals how LLMs’ embed cultural biases marginalise non-Western epistemologies, while algorithmic governance models deepen democratic vulnerabilities through misinformation and state-controlled narratives.
