dc.description.abstractThe international system is weakened, and humanity faces daunting challenges such as climate change and wars in several regions, to which the United Nations is incapable of responding. In 2025, the new President of the United States will try to redesign the international order based on a scheme of hard power, also with impacts on Latin America.
