War drones: legal and bioethical concerns

dc.description.abstractThis article aims to identify the points of tension byusing drones in military and/or war activities, from the perspectives of international law and bioethics. From the analysis of documents in secondary sources, it has been possible to elaborate a characterization of the main aspects of controversy and conclude that the risk of damage in the use of these artifacts must be subject to reduce human casualties and, for this, it is necessary to deepen the harmonization of bioethical principles regarding the theme.pt_PT
